People look to a commercial sink for durability and ease of use, so we tested a range of commercial sinks to help you find the best.
We used our years of testing experience to develop the following criteria for commercial sink evaluations.
Installation: A commercial sink needs to be fast and easy to install so that a business has minimal downtime.
Function: The sink needs to work well. We paid close attention to leaks and any drainage issues.
Durability: Commercial sinks should be durable enough to stand up to heavy duty usage.
The adjustable-height sink is NSF certified and made of stainless steel. The mounting holes are cut through the backsplash. Each of the 3 bowls is 10” wide and 14” long, with corner-set basket drains.
Most notable upside: We liked how the Gridmann was to assemble and install. The process was very straightforward and we loved how it fit into smaller spaces with ease. Overall, most testers thought the Gridmann 3 was a reasonable value that stood up to ordinary light use.
Biggest downsides: Some testers felt the stainless steel was a little thin for heavier use and the basin were a bit on the small side compared to other models. This didn’t however, affect the Gridmann sink performance.
This NSF certified, adjustable height, stainless steel utility sink includes an attached drainboard and provides all the basics to fit your needs.
Most notable upside: Our team thought the Gridmann 1 was a perfect size for use in the garage, backyard patio, utility room, or laundry room. It seemed to be built for quick and easy use. We liked how deep it was, and that the stainless steel stood up to ordinary utility tasks.
Biggest downsides: We did find that if not properly anchored there was a little wobbling. Also, the backsplash in some cases didn’t match up with the sink. This was a simple fix with careful attention to mounting.
This stainless steel sink is runs deep to accommodate larger items. It’s soundproofed design includes a steel dish grid and a drain assembly with basket strainer.
Most notable upside: Our testers raved about this Undermount sink. We liked the way it looked, how large and deep it is, how quiet it is when doing dishes, and the included dish grid that some doubled as a drying rack. We had no complaints about the installation, which was straightforward.
Biggest downsides: We did find it was slow to drain, possibly because of the sink bottom’s shallow slope. Also, the Undermount felt a little thin, scratched easily, and was hard to keep clean. However, we found it to still pack a lot of value.
