This is a high-quality dust mop is made of all-natural wool. With a unique swivel head that makes it easy to maneuver. A removable duster head makes reaching tough areas by hand quick and effective.
Most notable upside: The Sladust is one of the highest quality dust mops we tried. The wool material attracts dust and other particles. Then, simply shake it off and it will be ready for more wiping. We especially like that the mop head can be removed from the frame, making it easy to wash.
Biggest downsides: At first, we didn’t like that the mop head had to be hand washed, but we found that this actually made the wool fluffier over time. We also sometimes had issues with getting the telescoping feature in the handle to hold.
A unique triangle wedge design makes for maximum versatility with this highly effective dusting kit. Use it for dusting floors, walls, and even ceilings! Perfect for those tight corners.
Most notable upside: We found the versatility of the Triangle to be one of the best over-all. It had no issues swiveling 180 degrees around to reach dust at every angle. The washable mop head was definitely a plus and could be a huge money saver especially if you do a lot of dusting. The microfiber head is soft and flexible, it couldn’t scratch your floors even if you tried.
Biggest downsides: One problem was the Triangle picked up so much dust that we had trouble shaking it off initially, but gripping the bottom while shaking it solved that problem.
A sweeper and dust mop in one with a flexible head. So you can clean and dust in a single motion. The microfiber and chenille material picks up everything from dust and dirt to pet hairs.
Most notable upside: We like how the O-Cedar takes the place of two cleaning devices. It can dust and wipe just as effectively as it can sweep which saves time. Our favorite feature was the microfiber and dense chenille material which are like virtual magnets that pick up almost any kind of dust or debris
Biggest downsides: We would have liked to have a removable mop head, but the microfiber material does release the dust pretty quickly with a few shakes. Also, the mop head is a tad unstable and can flip while cleaning.

Many of our team members think this is the best material for a reusable mop head. Not only does this material last the longest, but it is also the most effective at picking up and holding dust and debris.
Cotton
Cotton fiber is effective in collecting and retaining dust and particles. Cotton is good for dust control since it has good wicking or absorbing capacity. However, based on reviews by experts, cotton is the worst mop fiber to choose because it can rot, stretches when washed, and must be treated with chemicals to attract and hold dust.
Cotton mop heads are still an option, but make sure you choose ones made with an industrial-strength cotton material so they are more durable and less likely to rot.
Synthetics
Synthetic fibers pick up dust by attraction, eliminating the need for dust mop treatments. Like microfibers, synthetics can be laundered multiple times.
Dust mop cloths come in a few common styles: cut end, looped end, and chenille.
Cut ends are prone to fraying and hold the least amount of dust. Looped ends are better at grabbing dust than cut ends. Chenille heads are the most effective because their nubs better access cracks and corners. They also hold the most dust.
If you are just cleaning a small room, a standard-sized head will work fine. But if you are planning to clean a larger space like a garage or main room, consider investing in a dust mop with an wide head for the most efficient clean.
You should choose a mop with a smooth steering mechanism that is easy to control and maneuver in hard-to-reach areas. You should pay attention to how the mop head moves. It is important to select a frame that has a sturdy handle, but with a flexible rotating head so that cleaning corners and going underneath furniture will be easy.
